Before submitting an application, please review the application checklist below to ensure that you qualify for Essential Housing.

Do I Qualify?

To qualify for an apartment under the affordable housing program (45%, 50%, 55%, or 60% AMI), total household income must be at least 2.5x your monthly rent without exceeding the income limits of the chart outlined below. For example, if your household is one person, your gross annual income must be less than $51,540.00 to qualify for a 60% AMI apartment.

Note: All income is calculated based on GROSS annual income (before taxes). If you are a 1099 employee, income will be based on NET income instead.
